This large private mother-in-law studio suite in the walk-out basement of our home available for your stay. Separate entrance and self-check in for your privacy and comfort. This is a studio suite that is a comfortable size for a single person but can sleep up to 7! Located in the foothills of Bountiful with beautiful views, Less than 10 min drive to Lagoon!! 10 Min Drive to Downtown SLC (9 miles). Multiple Ski resorts within 20 mins.

Welcome to your comfortable and spacious private studio, located in the walk-out basement of our home with a fully separated entrance for complete privacy. This open-concept space is thoughtfully designed to offer all the comforts of home, including a mini kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee station, dining table. You'll also find a large bathroom featuring double sinks with granite countertops, a full tub and shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest WiFi and a dedicated work desk make it easy to stay connected and productive during your stay.

The location is ideal—just 7 miles from Lagoon Amusement Park and the Legacy Events Center, 2 miles from the Centerville FrontRunner commuter rail station, and only 1 mile from the Bountiful LDS Temple. Downtown Salt Lake City is just a 10-minute drive away, and several ski resorts can be reached within 20 minutes. With convenient highway access and a peaceful foothill setting, this studio is a great base for exploring, working, or simply relaxing.

Parking & Access:
You'll have off-street parking available to the left of the driveway—perfect for one standard-sized vehicle. A private walkway leads directly to the entrance of your Studio. Please note: stairs are required to access the unit.

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the lower deck, which is reserved for your use during your stay. Kindly do not use the stairs leading to the upper deck, as that area is private.

Backyard Use:
You're welcome to enjoy the backyard! Just keep in mind it's a shared space with our children and friends. Feel free to play, relax, or explore—but please note it is at your own risk as there are climbing, jumping, and swinging features—and please be respectful of toys, play structures, and shared areas.

This property is on the quiet Eastside of Bountiful, main hubs of Bountiful including the Bountiful Costco and surrounding area build up are straight to the West about three-quarters of a mile and to the Southwest about a mile, everything you could want is within walking distance

There is a bus line a block away on the main Orchard Drive, like most of Utah a car is the best way to go but if you need to walk anywhere it's feasible

This is our family home, and we live in the main house above the studio. We're raising our kids here and do our best to be respectful of your stay. While we're confident it's quieter than a hotel, you may occasionally hear the sounds of daily life—especially with little ones around. We do our best to keep things quiet between 8 PM and 8 AM, but as any parent knows, toddlers sometimes have their own plans. If you’re traveling with kids and they get a little loud, please don’t worry—we completely understand!

Disclosure Regarding Rental Agreement and Security Deposit

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Rental Agreement Required – A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. You will receive the agreement electronically after booking and must complete it prior to check-in. Failure to sign the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Security Deposit / Credit Card Hold – Some reservations require an additional security deposit or a hold on a valid credit card prior to check-in. The deposit/hold is fully refundable after checkout, provided there are no damages, violations of house rules, or outstanding charges.

Condition of Stay – Completion of the rental agreement and payment of any required security deposit are conditions of stay. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
