Stay at this private 4 bedroom home 2.5 baths. Modern and equipped with all you'll need from a home away from home. Enjoy the beautiful fireplace in the spacious living room, followed by a cozy dining room leading out to a new outdoor oasis. Newer kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed. The home comes with a large backyard and a propane grill to enjoy the outdoors as well. Also, only 30 minutes away from New York City on a Direct express train from Stamford Train Station to Grand Central. The property is private and in a beautiful neighborhood near downtown. The home has great space 3 bedrooms and an extra bedroom in the attic. All baths fully updated and great outdoors for entertaining. Please note there is a lower-level unit. Unit has its own entrance but please be mindful since guests may be staying there. The only thing that is shared is the laundry room.

Please no shoes on the carpet. There is no smoking inside of the property. Please note all guests must disclose if they're bringing a pet to the property. Please bring your pet's beds, do not let pet on the furniture. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional fees. Please note the guest booking must be present for check in or you must let us know who will be checking in. Guest must disclose reasons for their stay and exact number of guests. Failure to disclose will result in additional fees. No flushing garbage, feminine products, and paper towel. Please keep in mind that this rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay. Please be sure to wipe the washer after you're done and to clean the lint tray from the dryer once you're done. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

Payment must be received upon reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is collected at least 3 days prior to check in. This deposit is refundable upon check out and our site manager ensures do damage was done.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Notes

To add on to the listing description the home goes along with a great location that gives an easy trip to get to downtown Stamford where you have access to a large variety of restaurants. As well as all the other things that come with downtown Stamford such as theaters, parks, and shopping centers. Please note there is a lower-level unit at the property. They have their own private entrance and only the laundry room is shared.

Disclosures: Please note there is a lower level unit which guests may be staying in during your stay it is completely private their entrance is on the left side of the home. Also, we want to disclose the home is is an older home from the 1800s and even though it has recently been updated with all new modern amenities you can still feel some irregularities with the floor settling in parts of the home.
