Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping arrangements are spread across two connected units, offering five bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper for up to 12 guests. In the Garden Room, a king bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress sits beside a large closet, a reading nook, extra storage, and a streaming TV. The Zen Den includes a queen bed, an office desk with supplies, a reading nook, TV, DVD player, and backyard views. The upper unit family room holds the queen sofa sleeper with extra padding, linens, and pillows. The Tree Room features a memory foam hybrid mattress, dual nightstands, streaming TV, and a full-length mirror. In the Wood Room, a memory foam hybrid mattress sits against a rustic wooden wall beside a workspace with supplies, while the Forest Room offers a memory foam hybrid mattress, streaming TV, a lighted pine tree, and a full-length mirror.

Kitchen & dining
Both units include full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, along with dining areas suited for preparing meals or enjoying takeout. The upper kitchen flows into a dining area with seating for six and a coffee bar, while the lower unit provides its own well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining space.

Living areas
In the upper unit, you can unwind beside the gas fireplace or settle into the mid-century styled furnishings. The lower unit offers a 50-inch smart TV, record player, books, and games in a bright living area with natural wood accents.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, each offering a shower-tub combination and bathroom essentials.

Winter stays feel comfortable with air conditioning, heating, portable fans, an indoor fireplace, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a washer and dryer, and a wide range of family-friendly amenities including a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, baby bath, toys, books, children’s dinnerware, baby monitor, outlet covers, and baby safety gates. Exercise equipment and a dedicated workspace add further convenience.
