Harbour Town itself is only 5 min by bike, 7 min to the beach, 45 sec walk to 2nd hole on Harbour Town GL. The use of the private pool and tennis are also included. A gate pass is necessary to enter the plantation. The space has a nice open floor plan. Plenty of room in one bedroom villa. Very spacious. The deck is ideal for morning coffee and relaxation. Pool is steps away and pickle ball and tennis courts on property. Guest access keyless entry. A private code will be sent to you the week before your arrival. Other things to note: SeaPines gate pass can be purchased from us for a nominal fee.
