The backyard is a master gardeners dream space, filled with native plants & outdoor seating. 2 queen bedrooms & 2 full baths. Off street parking for 1 vehicle, plenty of street parking. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests unless infant/toddler bedding is brought. Quiet hours are 10p-8am. No pets allowed Occupancy by person making the booking required Cleaning: There is no housekeeping during your stay. If you use the kitchen please clean up all dishes/cups/pots & pans or have them in the dishwasher cleaning. Please alert me immediately if you notice any maintenance issues or items not functioning properly such as light bulbs or appliances. No smoking, no public intoxication or drug use allowed on premises. Inventory is taken after each departure and guests will be charged for damaged or missing items. Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Me and my family members are allergic to cats and dogs. If you choose to go against our wishes (family's health asthma and allergies), and bring in a pet (emotional support or otherwise please provide certification of the animal with corresponding credentials prior) there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
