One full bathroom on the main level and second full bathroom upstairs.

Peninsula island seats 4 and coming this spring a new dining table that converts into table tennis and a pool table.

Our lake home is perfectly nestled between the best towns in the area: 9 minutes to Vergas, 10 minutes to Frazee, 15 minutes to Perham, and 18 minutes to Detroit Lakes.

A welcome binder is available that includes all that this area of Minnesota lake country has to offer for dining, shopping, nights out, fun and adventure.

As we continue to personalize our lake home, we'll be adding artwork and thoughtful design touches.

Landscaping Update: Please note that the property's landscaping is still a work in progress. We removed dozens of trees to open up the stunning lake views, and as a result, there are currently some tree stumps and uneven terrain. Coming this spring, we will be completing additional landscaping to enhance the outdoor experience.

Lake Access: Access to the lake and dock requires walking down and up an incline on a wide, well-groomed path. While this adds to the charm of the property, it does mean the lake access is not handicap accessible. We recommend comfortable footwear for navigating the path.

You will have access to the entire house minus the garage.
