Our home is our sanctuary and our pride. Located on the top two floors of a classic NYC walk-up building, our duplex apartment has plenty of space for entertaining on the main floor, with a separate master suite and roof terrace on the top floor.
Two bedroom duplex in a classic Manhattan walk-up building. Kitchen, dining and living room, as well as the main bathroom are downstairs; additional bathroom upstairs in master suite, as well as roof access with a huge and sunny private terrace!
PLEASE NOTE that apartment is on the 5th floor and there is NO ELEVATOR.
