104 Street is truly the heart of downtown Edmonton, adjacent to the incredible ICE DISTRICT. Lovely shops, cafes, Wine bars and restaurants abound. Clean and safe area. During the summer months, the Farmers Market will be set up right outside the front door.
This rental includes one, heated, secured, underground parking stall. The building is located closely to bus stops and Edmonton's LRT (underground train system). Taxis are also easily fetched from this location. Most amenities are walking distance.
