If fishing in is your plans, you probably are already aware that the Cascade Lake fishery is drawing national attention as a great place to catch a variety of big fish. this cabin has massive windows giving way to lots of light and a wonderful view of Mountain peaks. Just outside is the large front deck with comfy patio furniture to relax while enjoying the view and breathing the fresh mountain air. Inside, there is comfortable seating for conversation and a TV for movies. If you want close to Cascade Lake, and close to town, this cute little cabin should fit the bill perfectly. Responsible person renting this property must be 25 years of age or older.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
