Our neighborhood is known for its cultural and entertainment landmarks. You’ll find destinations like Riverfront Park, the Wolf River Harbor, Beale Street Entertainment District, the Blues Hall of Fame, FedEx Forum, Orpheum Theatre are within a 2-mile radius, and of course our apartments are near AutoZone Park.

Other things to note
The building manager requires a valid ID of everyone who will be in the rental before arrival. You can send it to us after booking.

Also, there is one free reserved parking spot outside facing the river and it a regular parking space. If parking outside you will need to place a parking pass in your window the moment you get it out of the key box (please don't lose $50 fee) We will need make, model, color and tag number of your vehicle.

There is pay to parking spaces around the building and pay street parking if you would like to pay to park. Also, a pay to park garage is nearby. We will not need your tag information if you will pay to park elsewhere.

No smoking of any kind allowed in entire building.
Some reports of others smoking in building has come to our knowledge and our guests can smell it ( we have no control over this) feel free to let us know about it so we can report them to the building manager.

No gatherings or parties allowed (you will be asked to leave without a refund) Our neighbors will contact us if there are any issues.

Clean up after yourself (we take before video and after video of the property)

Absolutely no pets or animals (We have allergies) No smoking of any kind. If you break these rules, you will be asked to leave and there is a $500 fine for both.
Not responsible for anyone else in the building who don't follow the rules.
Walls are thin, so we have provided a sound machine in your room if neighbors are talking to loud or if it's too quiet for you to sleep.

If you live in Memphis or surrounding areas, please let us know before booking. We don't accept bookings from locals without at least 3/ 5 star reviews.

We are not responsible for any power outages due to storms etc.

Long term stays guests or guests with no reviews. may be required to do a background check for the protection of the neighbors. Must have a valid ID in some cases a lease will be provided.
