This recently updated 2-bedroom spacious cottage has all you need for a relaxing and cozy stay by Dover Bay.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and extra plush blankets & pillows for your comfort.

The living room is furnished with a couch, and comfy recliner. You can kick back and enjoy the fireplace by yourself or have a comfortable chat with a friend.

The desk is setup near the entrance of the home at the back of the living room, away from the family room TV.

You'll have what you need in this spacious kitchen that has been updated and is outfitted with Frigidaire stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, stainless steel and non-stick pots n pans, cooking basics, Instantpot duo (perfect for slow or fast cooking a meal), drip and Keurig coffee maker, cake and pie pans, plus more.

The family room is furnished with a 2 sleeper sofas, UHD TV with streaming abilities (guests use own accounts), DVD player, small selection of DVD's, infrared heater, small selection of books, board games and of course, plush blankets.

Head outside to the relaxing backyard, which features patio dining space, BBQ, fruit trees, fresh mint, and berry bushes. A quiet haven where you can really relax, Ideally positioned in a historic section of Dover. You'll soon discover why this neighborhood is much beloved by its community.

Located in the historic, calm, and peaceful neighborhood of Dover, Idaho, the Dreamer boasts plenty of space inside and out with fully fenced private backyard, and a fire pit for your outdoor pleasure. Or, stay inside and watch a movie, curl up with a book, or play a board game.

A few blocks away is the Dover Bay Resort and Marina, with public beach access, watercraft rental, Dish restaurant, and small market.

Surrounding you are over 9 miles of walking and bike trails. Take a walk around the quaint little town of Dover and Dover Bay. The Sandpoint bike path will take you 3 miles into Sandpoint for shopping, beaches, or night life.

Schweitzer Mountain Resort is located 25 minutes away for those looking to hit the slopes.
