This spectacular, Borrego Springs vacation rental is a desert retreat. This home located at De Anza Golf and Country Club was thoughtfully designed with 10-foot ceilings and east and west facing walls of glass that maximize the 180-degree mountain, desert, pool and golf course views. You can enjoy your breakfast pool side or watch the sun rise while doing yoga in front of the water fountain in the fully enclosed, private courtyard. Enjoy some fresh guacamole with a refreshing pitcher of margaritas or pour yourself a glass of wine after a day of golf or hiking in Anza Borrego Desert State Park. The multiple outdoor seating areas beckons you to stay awhile. The brand new pool has a large baja shelf where you can relax under an umbrella while you breathe in the serenity and peacefulness of the desert. On those chillier desert nights, you can immerse yourself in the private, steaming hot tub and take in the milkyway. The house boasts two, well appointed, spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the house for complete privacy. The master suite has a king sized bed and the guest room has a California king bed. Both beds are topped off with high thread count sheets and soft, down filled comforters from "The Hotel Collection" by Macy's. Each bedroom has access to a patio to take in the beautiful mountain views as well as the swimming pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is light and airy with comfy furnishings and finished off with beautiful artwork.

Welcome! My husband, Greg and I want to thank you for taking the time to look at our home. Greg and I have been coming to Anza Borrego for many years to camp, hike and off road. We love it out here so much that we bought a little slice of heaven in the De Anza golf community as a get away and eventually retire too.

We have 3 Keeshond (Kayz-hund) dogs, Kinesy, Beckett and Lexa who love it out here as much as we do.

I-15 Via SR-79: Take SR-79 E; Turn left onto S2 (San Felipe Rd). Turn left on to S22 (Montezuma- Borrego Hwy) towards Ranchita: Turn right onto Palm Canyon Drive head towards Christmas Circle. Go around the circle in the outside lane. Take the last right turn (2nd right turn after Wells Fargo bank) onto Borrego Springs Road. Take the first left turn after the sand serpent onto San Ysidro Drive. Turn Right on to Catarina Drive. Continue on Catarina past Quail Run Drive, Sandstone Circle and both entrances to Fairway Lane. (2nd right turn after Wells Fargo Bank). Take the first left turn after the sand serpent onto San Ysidro Drive. Turn right on to Catarina Drive. Continue on Catarina past Quail Run Drive, Sandstone Circle and both entrances to Fairway Lane. After the 2nd entrance to Fairway Lane, we will be on the 4th house on the left.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The house is equipped with a Nest Smart Lock. The Smart Lock code was emailed to you 1 week prior to your arrival. If you don’t have it please reach out to me at 619-757-4564. In the rare case that the security shutters are closed, enter the garage through the side door in the courtyard to access the house. There is a lock box that has a key inside of it and it is located on the back side of the right pillar next to the front door. Reach out and I will provide you with the code. After removing the keys, please close the lockbox and mix up the numbers. There are two keys. The one with the blue dot opens the side garage door that can be accessed from the courtyard and the one with the yellow sleeve opens the front door.

House Rules

Please note we have a strict NO OUTDOOR NOISE policy after dark out of respect for our quiet neighborhood. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC outside allowed at any time, and no noise outside allowed after dark. No music played from inside the house that can be heard at the property line. Quiet time is from 9PM to 6AM. This is a quiet and peaceful desert community and we ask that you respect our neighbors as you would your own. Should we receive a noise complaint, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund and you will receive a negative review.

1. You must be at least 30 years of age at the time of your booking, a rental agreement will need to be signed and a $750 security deposit hold (this is not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to checking in and this will be released 5 days after check out.
2. Only the number of guests (4 person maximum) specified on the reservation are allowed on the property. Please do not make a reservation for less people than the number of guests that will actually be staying unless discussed ahead of time. This includes day visitors. Please let us know during the booking process if you plan to have day visitors so that we can get their information. Violation of this rule will result in eviction and you will not receive a refund.
3. Smoking and drug use of any kind is prohibited in the house or on the property. This includes the use of recreational or medicinal cannabis. No smoking in the smoke house you will be charged a non-refundable $500 fee in addition to the loss of your $750 security deposit fee.
4. No parties or events allowed! You will lose your $750 security deposit, you will be evicted and you will not receive a refund. You will also receive a negative review.
5. There are no early check-in or late check-outs.
6. This is an adult friendly house and is not safe for children.
7. There is a google camera door bell in use. Please do not tamper with this. There is also a google camera located above the TV facing the living room. This is used for security when no one is staying at the house. Feel free to unplug this camera upon your arrival. We do ask that you plug it back in before you leave.
8. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
9. Please do not take any indoor furniture outside.
10. Please do not trespass on any of the neighbors’ properties.

Payment Policy

To hold the booking, the guest will need to sign and return the rental agreement as well as provide the credit card information to placed on file. If not received within 2 days of the hold, the booking will be released. There will be a hold (this is not a charge) of $750 placed on the card for the security deposit 2 days prior to arrival which will be released 5 days after check out if indicated

Cancellation Policy

A guest can cancel within 48 hours of booking with no fees. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Guest receives 50% refund (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
