Top floor has 3 bedrooms (all ensuites), large open living space with vaulted ceilings, and powder room. The top floor's huge chef's kitchen features two ranges, dining area, and butler's pantry. A covered front patio with rocking chairs and back patio extending the width of the house with tables and chairs overlooking the pool and spa. A firepit and massive back yard complete the indoor/outdoor living experience.

Bottom floor (walk-out basement) has another beautiful full kitchen, dining, and living room area. It has two additional bedrooms and full bathroom, along with another powder room. There is an additional room with two twin beds functioning as a bedroom. The bottom floor has direct access to the pool, spa, and endless green space that makes up the backyard.

Each floor also includes washer and dryer for laundry.

Unit 592 is a separate small house located on the same property. It is separately occupied and is inaccessible to guests booking this property.

There are a few owner/housekeeping closets and cabinets on the property. However, you'll have plenty of space as there is abundant remaining closet and cabinet areas available for guests.

The garage and shed are inaccessible to guests, but there is plenty of outdoor parking space.

Owner manages the property and is readily accessible via messaging or phone if needed.

Very peaceful, rural area--but just down the road from Chattanooga! Usually, it only take 15 minutes to get to downtown Chattanooga from the house. Also, very close fantastic hiking at Cloudland Canyon.

Plenty of parking, but please touch base if you have more than 3 cars so we can advise where to park. Plenty of room to walk around the property, or take a nice peaceful walk down the street on which the property is located.

POOL & SPA:
One hour of spa heating up to 100 degrees per night booked is included with booking. Inquire for rates on additional heating hours. Host will work with guest to set up desired heating schedule prior to arrival.

Pool is open year around, but heating is not currently available. Feel free to use as a cold plunge in cooler weather if your doctor approves!

The property has top of the line pool and spa equipment installed in 2024. We maintain the pool and spa regularly and do everything we can to ensure its full availability for guests. Even considering these efforts, all pool equipment occasionally malfunctions and may not be able to be immediately repaired. If guests lose access to pool or spa amenities due to equipment malfunction during their stay, they will be refunded $75 for each night those amenities are unavailable. Hosts will also work diligently to restore full availability of these amenities as quickly as possible.

GRILL:
A propane tank gas grill is available onsite. Host is not able to monitor the level of propane in the tank, therefore guests are responsible for filling the tank as needed for their grilling needs. (Fill ups available 10 minutes from property.)

FIRE PIT:
Firewood is not stocked by host. It is readily available for purchase in the area.

DRIVEWAY:
House is set back from main street and is accessible via a narrow semi-paved road/driveway. Guests should exercise caution on this road, especially in low-clearance vehicles.

FIREPLACE:
Downstairs gas fireplace is not operational. Upstairs electric fireplace is available for use.

PARKING: Parking in the front of the house on the paved circular area is recommended. A vehicle can also park around the side of the house in front of the west/left garage bay. Please ensure no one in your party parks to the immediate left of the smaller house on the property (#592) or blocks in that spot or that unit's garage, as they are reserved for the occupants of that house. If you will need to park more than 3 vehicles, please contact us and we will provide guidance. SMALL HOUSE ON PROPERTY: There is a separate small house on the property (#592) that is a separately occupied. Please be considerate of the occupants of that property.
