This unit is attached to an adjacent unit off of the kitchen area. While this home does accommodate up to 4 people in two beds it is a cozier 2 bedroom so we recommend 2 to 3 adults. Also of note, the area leading to the unit is not paved, it is gravel. The immediate surrounding area of the unit has a more rural feel despite being intown.

We send you a link to your page via text and email once your booking is confirmed.

After you check in we interact as much or as little as you'd like. We are always available where and when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters.

Kirkwood is a walkable, family-friendly neighborhood with charming turn-of-the-century homes on tree-lined streets. Enjoy easy access to downtown, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highland, Decatur, Candler Park, Inman Park, and more. 20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

MARTA (public transit) stations nearby include East Lake and Candler Park. Check online for more details and locations. UBER and UBERx are also available.

How we book: While we welcome all Guests and lengths of stays when we can accommodate them, we Host a lot of longer stays for film/TV production and others traveling for work, as well as locals who are displaced from their homes due to damage or renovations. Due to the nature of their stay, these Guests typically have uncertain end dates. As such, we are not able to book right behind these Guests unless we've confirmed their departure dates, which is usually a week to ten days out of their scheduled departures. If your desired check in date is more than a week or two out, please check back a bit closer to your arrival date, or feel free to send an inquiry and we can check availability of our full inventory of properties for you.

Rental agreement/ID: After initial approval of a booking request, each Guest will receive a brief short term rental agreement to e-sign and will also be required to provide a copy of his or her valid driver’s license or other official ID. We do not need the DL number so that information can be blocked out if desired. ID and/or a background scan (without SS#) may also be required prior to initial approval of a booking request.

Rates and availability: Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with a property. LOCAL will make every attempt to place Guests into a like property but cannot guarantee availability or rates.

Pets: Our non-refundable pet fees range from $100-$350 depending on the property. Not all properties accept pets and all require written approval prior to booking confirmation.

Amenities: Optional amenities that are checked, such as pack and plays, children's toys/books, etc. are provided on a first-come, first-served and may not be available for your dates. Please confirm the availability of any items you would like to use during your stay in advance of booking. We cannot guarantee
