This home is part of a multi-unit property. The main house is private and located on the ground level with just a few steps in the courtyard, while the lower levels contain two separate studio units that may be occupied by other Airbnb guests during your stay. The backyard and garden areas are shared, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise and respectful of shared spaces. Your privacy is always respected, and each unit has its own designated entrance. A stairway on the side of the ground home leads down to the backyard.

Occasionally, our cleaners may access the garage through the exterior keypad to retrieve supplies for the attached units while they are cleaning them for guest turnovers. Rest assured, they will not enter the home.

Please limit the temperature on the living room thermostat to 74 degrees.

Only the number of guests on the reservation can spend the night.

No unauthorized events or parties allowed. Small family gatherings are generally allowed if authorized in advance.
