NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING NO EXCEPTIONS.This fully renovated 1920 bungalow with warm, inviting colors throughout comes fully stocked with everything you need during your stay.

The two bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. All linens are included (cool microfiber in the summer, flannel in the winter), digital clocks with usb ports and luggage racks in the closets.

The bathroom includes an antique claw foot bathtub with classy shower conversion (seriously though, take a soak, you'll love it!)

There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and laundry soap as well as an ironing board, a portable fan, a high chair that can be attached to the table, and a pack 'n play for folks with little ones.

The kitchen is complete with an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, spices, and all kinds of fun freebies in the pantry. Eat at the table, which has room for four to sit and eat.

In the living room you will find ample desk space at the large Tree of Life table (hand drawn and stained by the owner) as well as a charger and the two couches where you can watch tv (Netflix and Hulu included). The couches can be used for an extra place to sleep in a pinch. They aren't sleeper couches, but they are quite comfortable.

In nicer weather you may wish to sit on the front porch in the vintage glider or enjoy the enclosed back porch and sip coffee or practice yoga/meditation.

Guests are free to enjoy the very large, shared fenced yard and we are pet-friendly. We do ask that you keep your pets leashed as we share the yard and also have an Airstream Airbnb sharing the yard as well. Want to know more? Ask away!
