Our home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse in the popular Laurelwoods community, located directly across from Big Boulder Mountain and Big Boulder Lake.

The recently renovated and redecorated three-story townhouse boasts all new furnishings and a host of games and activities to ensure your group will have as much fun at home as you do on the slopes or at the lake.

On the main floor there is a living room with vaulted ceiling and a 70-inch Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a 1/2 bathroom. The main floor also includes an owner’s suite bedroom which includes a king size bed (sleeps 2 guests), 55-inch Smart TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests). The second camping-themed bedroom is a great room for kids and includes two full size bunk beds (sleeps up to 4 guests). Each bedroom includes a HDTV with streaming capabilities via an Amazon Fire stick.

The lower level includes a fourth bedroom with a full size bed (sleeps 2 guests), a full bath room, a rec room that includes a pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and a washer and dryer.

Games and activities are available throughout the house including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, PS4, oversized connect 4, and tons of board games.

There is also a private patio off the lower level which includes a Weber grill and 4 Adirondack chairs.

Between Memorial Day through Labor Day, we provide 6 complimentary passes to Boulder Lake Club which offers beach access to the lake, a heated pool, tennis, beach volleyball, bocce ball, cornhole, kayaking, and more. For groups larger than 6, additional passes can be purchased at the club.

Guests have access to the entire home and the backyard patio. Guests can also access the community amenities which include tennis and pickleball courts, a pavilion area, and walking trails.

During your stay I am available via text or phone from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, or after hours in the event of an urgent matter or emergency.

And auto enthusiasts are just minutes away from Pocono Raceway and thrilling NASCAR action and can even sign up for their own stock car racing experience if they are so bold.

Centrally located and just five miles from Route 80, Lake Harmony is a short car ride from the historic town of Jim Thorpe, Kalahari Resorts, Camelback Resorts, and Mounty Airy Casino. Given its idyllic natural scenery and four seasons full of fun, it’s no wonder so many travelers return to Lake Harmony year after year.

The ski resort (0.6 miles) and Boulder Lake Club and Boulder View Tavern (1.2 miles) are within walking distance from the house (for those who enjoy to walk) but overall you need a car to get around in the Poconos. There are a few taxi and limo companies in the area too should you want to leave the driving to someone else one night.

Parking in the Poconos is very easy. Our home is allotted 4 parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the guest lot (located 50 yards to the right of our home, and pictured above). All cars must hang a parking pass from the rearview mirror. You will find the parking passes on the TV console in the living room.

We offer a 5% discount for weekly stays and 15% discount for month-long stays. These discounts will be automatically reflected in the price you see on the site when selecting stays of these lengths.
