Come Relax! Waterfront property with Hot Tub -NEW - Donnelly

Everything is Brand New! Have fun with the whole family on this waterfront property of Lake Cascade on the non-motorized section of the lake. Enjoy the evening out on the covered deck sitting in the bistro chairs along the side of a beautiful Hot Tub! Big picture windows let you enjoy the view and keep your privacy. The living room has top-grain leather recliners, and all the wood furniture is hand-crafted. We have an inflatable mattress for the living room if you need 3 beds.
We have beautiful 2 bedrooms with hand crafted furniture and 1 bathroom house. We also have a portable inflatable queen mattress with built in pump (located in the king bedroom closet) that can be placed in the living room if you need a max of 5 people. During the daytime you can move the inflatable mattress to one of the bedrooms and lean against a wall. We have a huge drive-in and drive out driveway for those with long trailers - 40ft max in case you have a boat, snowmobile, or other trailer. There are two large windows to see trees, the lake, and the mountains all year. The reservoir is either rising in the spring or reseeding as the summer progresses and by the end of August it becomes a beautiful prairie with a river flowing through. Peak times that the lake is full around end of May to July but has been less predictable to specify. Each month offers a different but amazing view as noted below. Tamarack Restore is just 11 minutes away south of the property.

During the summer months we work with Valley County Mosquito abatement, and they fog the area often in the summer. We are on the non-motorized side of the lake so it is much more private, and you will see paddle boarders and kayaks out on the lake in the summer. The boat launch is about 1.5 miles south of the property for Rainbow Point and there are two other launches nearby. The trailhead for West Mountain is right around the corner for those who enjoy ATV, Side by Sides and Dirt bikes.

In the winter the roads are plowed by Valley County, and we have private snow plowing company as well for around the driveway and do our best to keep it plowed. Our snowmobiling is amazing so plan to come back in the winter as well. The rental company is only one mile away and we can arrange a discount so you can contact us first.
