Our home also has 1 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so you can get ready for your day quickly!

✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $30 with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

Our loft offers easy walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, including the beautiful river valley! You are within walking distance to get to the majority of the city center and other areas in Edmonton with rail transit (LRT) access as well located directly above the LRT Central Station.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
