✦ This home comfortably sleeps 2. It includes 1 King bed. The bed is complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. This suite also has 1 full sparkling clean washroom with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $25ea or $40(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

Our home has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the back door of the private entrance. Code will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
