The master suite is a spa-like retreat with a private balcony, soaking tub, two-person shower, and its own fireplace. The bathroom is oversized and feels like its own suite.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with shutters throughout.

Living spaces include two large family rooms, a formal dining room for 8, a kitchen dining table for 4, and a huge island with seating for 4. Fireplaces include a see-through fireplace shared by the formal dining and living room, another connecting the living room and kitchen, plus the fireplace in the master. Whole-home sound system throughout.

The chef’s kitchen features Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf appliances, including a Wolf steam oven, perfect for entertaining and cooking for groups.

Happy Valley Park is 5 minutes away for trails and outdoor fun. The area has great hiking and fishing, and in summer the Clackamas River (Barton to Carver) is a favorite float. Clackamas Town Center Mall, Costco, and plenty of dining options are also nearby.
