📍 Location
We're nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet Midtown neighborhood, centrally located to almost everything you'll need. A nearby shopping center has some great spots, including Gym Tacos, Clyde Cooper's BBQ, and Deja Brew for your morning coffee. You're a quick drive to North Hills, downtown Raleigh, and RDU Airport.

🛋 Living Spaces
The living room is made for relaxing, with two comfortable sofas and a large smart TV for movie nights. One of the sofas converts to a sleeper for extra sleeping space when you need it.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with stainless steel pots and pans, a toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and wine glasses. We provide coffee grounds and some basic spices to get you started. There's plenty of room to gather: a separate dining room that comfortably seats six, a kitchen table that seats four, plus the kitchen island for casual meals or a spot to work.

🛏 Bedrooms
A great night's sleep matters to us, so we've invested in comfortable mattresses and bedding. The home has four bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a closet with hangers. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a big screen smart TV. The fourth bedroom doubles as a dedicated office (more on that below).

💻 Dedicated Office
Working while you're here? The office has a standing desk with a large curved monitor available for use. It also works as a fourth bedroom thanks to a pull-out couch, so it's flexible for however your group travels.

🛁 Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms give everyone space to get ready. Each bathroom has a built-in bidet. We provide towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

🧺 Laundry
Washer and dryer are located on the first floor for your convenience. You'll also find a steamer, iron, and ironing board.

🌿 Outdoor Space
The screened porch is a wonderful spot to relax with a coffee or wind down in the evening. It opens up to a fully fenced backyard that stays nice and shady thanks to the tall pine trees, perfect for letting your pet out or enjoying the outdoors.

🚗 Parking & EV Charging
The driveway easily fits two vehicles, and the garage can fit another. An EV charger is available for use on request, just let us know.

👶 Infant-Friendly
Traveling with little ones? We've made it a little easier with a Pack 'n Play and a high chair.

🐾 Pet-Friendly
We're happy to welcome your furry companions! We've left behind a dog bed and dog bowls to help them feel at home.

Our home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in an established Midtown Raleigh neighborhood, surrounded by tall pines and mature trees. It's a peaceful, residential setting that still keeps you close to just about everything Raleigh has to offer.
A nearby shopping center covers the essentials and then some, with local favorites like Gym Tacos, Clyde Cooper's BBQ, and Deja Brew for your morning coffee all just around the corner. North Hills is minutes away for shopping, dining, and entertainment, and downtown Raleigh is a short drive for restaurants, breweries, and events.
The location is hard to beat for getting around the Triangle. You're centrally located with easy access to the major highways, which makes downtown, NC State, Research Triangle Park, and the surrounding towns simple to reach. RDU Airport is about 20 minutes away.

Getting around is easiest by car. The driveway fits two vehicles, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. That said, the nearby shopping center is only about 0.3 miles away, roughly a 5-minute walk, so a few spots are within easy walking distance.

4th Bedroom:
We just want to make sure it’s very clear that the fourth bedroom has a pull-out couch. It is primarily set up as an office, but it can also be used as an additional bedroom with the pull-out couch.

EV Charger Details:
This property has an Emporia Level 2 EV charger available for guest use. It uses a standard J1772 plug, which works with most non-Tesla EVs. Tesla drivers will need to use their J1772 adapter. Charging speed varies by vehicle, but Level 2 charging typically adds about 25–40 miles of range per hour.
