Casina di Elena: Pool and Relaxation in Tuscany - Capannori

Located in the small, green village of San Leonardo in Treponzio, in the municipality of Capannori, La Casina di Elena is an ideal retreat for those who want to experience Tuscany in an authentic way. Just 10 km from Lucca, it is perfect for exploring the main cities of art: Pisa and Florence are easily accessible, while the sea is about 30 minutes away and the Garfagnana mountains are just over an hour away.

The space
This bright house, a former 19th-century stone barn renovated in a modern style, combines traditional charm with contemporary comfort. Here, you can relax surrounded by nature, enjoying beautiful views of quintessential Tuscan sunrises and sunsets.

Outside, you will find a large garden for your exclusive use, featuring an above-ground swimming pool, sun loungers, a solar shower, and a gazebo: an oasis of tranquility and privacy overlooking the green village of San Ginese.

The house is spread across two floors connected by a convenient wooden staircase and can accommodate up to 4 people. The spaces are designed to allow guests to share moments together without sacrificing their privacy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets.

Ground Floor
Spacious living room with dining table and direct access to the garden patio, perfect for outdoor dining under a beautiful old olive tree. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes.
The floor also features a half bath, a relaxation room with a sofa and a smart TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime with a personal account), and a spacious laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and shower.

Upstairs
A bright, elegantly furnished double bedroom, from which you can admire nature directly from the bed.
A second bedroom with two single beds, also ideal for working or studying thanks to the desk by the window.
The bathroom is meticulously finished and equipped with a chromotherapy bathtub, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.

Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener are included. The rooms are equipped with sheets, various types of pillows, a closet, and a wardrobe with hangers. A crib, changing table, and baby gate are available upon request.

In the surrounding area, you can discover beautiful nature trails, drinking water springs, and picturesque spots such as the Borgo delle Camelie (in bloom in spring) and Monte Serra.
