Situated in Maggia away from the noise of the main road but close to the necessary services such as shopping centre (Denner, COOP, Migros, pharmacy, doctor and shops selling typical Ticino products).

Casa Salogni is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends. The outdoor area is undoubtedly a highlight: the stone table under the pergola is ready to welcome you for al fresco dinners on summer evenings or for convivial aperitifs, while the large garden is a fun playground for all the children.

This beautiful property among greenery is 40 minutes from the Bosco Gurin ski facilities and 25 km from the Prato Sornico skating rink, loved and practised by children and adults alike. Casa Salogni is easily accessible by car and bus, and has a private car park within the property.

The house has only 4 steps and is practically on the ground floor. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge, a caffitaly coffee machine (compatible with chicco d'oro capsules), a toaster and a kettle.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, flow into a large, very practical central corridor which also serves as a dressing room/wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and minimalist with a shower and a bidet at your disposal. A living room with a large corner sofa and a relaxing armchair with TV is the convivial place in the house.
