Villa Casa di Franco is part of the Falasarna Luxury Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Villa Galatia ( 5 bedrooms ), Villa Domenica ( 3 bedrooms), Villa Elpida (5 bedrooms) and Villa Casa di Franco (7 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

Indoor facilities
Casa di Franco is a three-story villa consisting of 7 bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds. On the lower floor, you will find a room adequate for people with disabilities with an ensuite bathroom and bunk beds for 4 persons. In the same area, you will find a gym and a Hamam. Four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, three with single beds that can be converted into double ones, and one with a king-size bed. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a projector and a PlayStation Console and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a communal bathroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Sink into the sofa with a good book, or gather your group in the cozy dining area for an evening together. Natural light illuminates the interior, spend the night sipping on wine while having some quality and relaxing time with your loved ones. The best part of this villa is the wine cellar on the lower floor, adequate for connoisseurs and discerning wine lovers. You can get to the lower floor via the elevator.

Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for 16 guests for moments of relaxation for you and your family. *Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
