Finished in April 2024, this house is a traditional beach box style with an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and fresh costal vibe. Relax in an Adirondack chair on the on the front porch and watch the kiteboarders, or pair the perfect sunset with a glass of wine. Beach access is a quick walk away, with private access right at the end of our street.

Finished in April 2024, this house is a traditional beach box style, with an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and a fresh coastal vibe. Relax in an Adirondack chair on the front porch and watch the kiteboarders, or pair the perfect sunset with a glass of wine. Beach access is a quick walk away, with private access right at the end of our street.

The cottage has three bedrooms, and will comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds (note that only children should sleep on the top bunk). The queen and bunk rooms share a full bathroom.

Outside: There is a new large gas grill available for guest use under the house. Four Adirondack chairs surround a wood burning fire pit in the side yard, perfect for relaxing at home after a long day at the beach.

Extras: To make your vacation more convenient we have some extras available for use: 2 kayaks, beach chairs, bikes, and beach cart!
