About this place
Amazing Location by Sierra At Tahoe and ON the So. Fork of the American RIVER. All seasons, the location is a One of a Kind!! New build in 2021!!
Come to the Mountains at 6800 ft. elevation! In the summer, sit on the covered deck and listen to the river flowing by. In the winter, bring your snowmobiles and sled right from the Lodge OR drive 1.5 miles to the entrance of Sierra At Tahoe Ski Resort. Only 25 minutes to South Lake Tahoe and the Casino Area. If you LOVE the Mountain life, you will love it here! Bring your kayaks and visit Echo Lakes, Hike up Horse Tail Falls. There are endless hiking trails right from the Lodge.

Suitable for children, however, there are NO Child safety locks and the River is only about 60 feet from the Lodge, all children must be watched closely. In the winter, snow falls off the roof and can cause damage, parents would need to watch their Children closely.
No events allowed
ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND. THE COUNTY STRICTLY FORBIDES EVENTS OR PARTIES. ALL ADULTS MUST GIVE THEIR NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER TO THE OWNER BEFORE RENTING (County Requirement)...And violations will cause an immediate eviction with No refunds and tenants are responsible for any fines from the County.
No smoking allowed
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, OR VAPING OR ANY KIND ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. NO OUTSIDE FIRE OF ANY KIND EVER.
No Parking
We have quite a few parking spaces. During the winter months, tenants must watch for the County snow plow that plows the County Road and a Private Contractor plows our driveway...BUT...they only plow when we get over 6 inches, so you will need a "higher wheel base 4 wheel drive" vehicle in the winter months.

Getting around
We are in a Mountain location on the top of the Summit, just off Highway 50, before you go down into South Lake Tahoe. We are RIGHT by Sierra At Tahoe. There is No public transportation and you will definitely need 4 WHEEL DRIVE WITH A HIGH WHEEL BASE IN THE WINTER. Storms can be intense and we can get ALOT of snow.
