*Getting Around

One complimentary parking pass is included with your stay, providing access to the resort's free parking. If you require a pass for a second vehicle, please let us know in advance; a $35 fee will be requested before your arrival. Security will not grant entry without a registered pass for each vehicle.

During the high season, you can also take advantage of the island's trolley service to explore different areas of Hilton Head.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following:
* Per resort HOA rules, pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. A fine of $250 per day will be charged for violations.
* Certified Service Animals are welcome. Please contact us before booking to complete the required resort paperwork.
* Please be respectful of the community and follow all Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort rules.

**Important Information

* Guest Recognition:** We are proud to be a designated Guest Favorite and Superhost property. Our villa has also been awarded “DIAMOND” Status by the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Club for its exceptional quality.

* **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter kit including hotel-sized toiletries, dish soap, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* **Linens:** One set of bath towels per guest (for up to 2 guests) is provided.
* **Laundry:** Pay-as-you-go laundry facilities are conveniently located within the building.
* **Owner's Closet:** The owner's private closet in the hallway is not available for guest use.
* **Trip Insurance:** We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your vacation from unforeseen circumstances such as illness or weather disruptions.
