When traveling here, some of the things that top the list of visitors are the remarkable Bled Castle (5 minutes), the stunning blue water of Vintgar Gorge (10 minutes) with its romantic picnic spots, Bled Church with its famed wishing bell and of course, the dreamy Lake Bled with a 6 kilometers paved road facing it for a perfect stroll and cycling. The lake is also good for swimming, kayaking and paddle boating. There are about 15 well-maintained hikes around Bled for glorious views.
