SANS SOUCI: The historic, multicultural Sans Souci neighborhood is an up-and-coming gem in Greenville. It offers a little something for everyone. Sans Souci is home to a bike shop, coffee shop, a yoga studio, community garden (with an amazing summer concert series), craft fair events, neighborhood movie nights, as well as other family friendly events all year long! Everything at a bikeable distance to downtown GVL!

🚲 BIKE - Discover the area like a local by bicycle. Pedal at your own pace, exploring scenic routes and hidden gems. Two complimentary moutain bikes are provided. If you want to rent more you can do so at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe'.

🚖TAXI/UBER - around $10 to go downtown

🚍 BUS - The bus system is not up to par quite yet and we recommend using a car. However, if you wish to use our transit system, the closest bus stop is within walking distance from the house @ Cherrydale point shopping center. The purple line will take you directly downtown where you can hop off and jump on any other line to take you anywhere else in Greenville. The purple line connects Furman university with Downtown Greenville so you can use it to go visit Furman university or you can bike there on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

🐾 We lovingly welcome up to two dogs (max 60 lbs each)! Your furry friends will be pampered with provided bowls, bed, crate, leash, waste bags, and pet-friendly towels. We even offer a concierge list of local pet-friendly spots and pet hair remover. Our fully fenced backyard includes a convenient waste station. Plus, enjoy complimentary Wag! Premium access for walks, sitting, and vet advice!

Please ensure clean paws indoors and keep dogs off furniture. We provide blankets for snuggling on the couch (never on beds). Our pet policy is strictly enforced. Undisclosed pets incur a $200 per pet, per night fee.

Cats are welcome if declawed or wearing nail caps for the duration of their stay.
