You can choose to park in front of the villa or to park your car in the garden.

The garden:
In the private garden of 500 m2, you are in a quiet area,
out of sight.
It is beautifully maintained, flowered and planted.
You'll find lounge areas, deckchairs and of course... the pool!

The pool:
The pool measures 7 meters x 3.5 meters.
It is private, perfectly maintained and heated for the most sensitive to cold.
Foutas are at your disposal.
Its use is under the full responsibility of the tenants during the stay.

The house:
It is a single-story house, spacious, bright and comfortable.
Its decor is contemporary. You will find noble materials such as tadelakt and zellige.
It has an entrance hall, living room, TV area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, patio, toilet and laundry room.
Very good quality wifi (powered by fiber) in every corner of the house and garden.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen, a space of 14 m2, is well furnished and equipped.
Its large bay window opens out to the patio.

The dining room:
The dining room, a space of 31 m2 is equipped with a large table and benches. It is open to the entrance and the kitchen on the other side.

The living room:
The living room, a space of 26 m2, is equipped with 2 sofas and armchairs.
It has an unobstructed view of the terrace, garden and pool.

The TV room/Office
the TV lounge, an area of 8 m2, will allow you to isolate yourself and follow your favorite series.
The desk and Wi-Fi (powered by fiber) will also allow you to work comfortably.

Bedroom 1:
It is equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a baby bed if needed. It has a walk-in closet.
