A stunning detached countryside home on the outskirts of Bath. This beautiful presented contemporary home is in a superb village location only 10 minutes drive from Bath city centre. There are fantastic walks from the front door. For example the two valleys walk has beautiful scenery and passes two popular pubs.
The open plan kitchen living area is surrounded by natural light due to the large bifold doors which open on to the patios and garden. There are two large en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms with a family bathroom and cloakroom. There is also a playroom ideal for young children. The large flat garden is great for children and BBQ’s.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Bank transfer before stay. Deposit returned after stay once property checked.

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellation within 60 days of the booking start results.

Notes

The security deposit is £400 which is paid at the time of booking and returned after check out. Please note there is an additional charge for using the EV charger. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use there is a £50 charge. Due to the restricted time for our cleaner to turnover the property there is a charge for early check in or late check out. We have a Ring CCTV doorbell to ensure that there are no parties or additional guests staying.
