This large home is located 1 block to a quiet beach with little foot traffic. The dog beach is 1.5 miles away along with other busier beaches. Restaurants, bars, ice cream and shopping all within walking or biking distance and the Sports Complex is a 20 min drive.

This large house includes:

* 3 large bedrooms (king, queen and 2 singles); High quality memory foam mattresses and feather topper. Anti-microbial mattress covers. High quality cotton sheets.

* 3 full bathrooms (2 are en-suite)

* Dining room for 6; high top for 4

* Living room with TV and DVD player

* family /sun room with access to the pool

* kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, micro-hood, stove, ample storage space, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, etc.

* outdoor pool with beach platform

* large patio area with new resin lounge furniture and umbrellas. Boogie boards, floats and children’s beach toys

* large enclosed yard for kids and pets

* (2) small charcoal BBQ grills

* washer and dryer

* off street parking for 2 vehicles (driveway) and or small 24’ RV (c or b)

* linens, bath and pool towels

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY:

1. The base price shown is the per night average for 4 people. 2 addition people on the reservation have a small per night fee and there is a maximum of 6 people.

2. We are very dog friendly allowing 3 dogs without size or breed limits. Dogs must be declared at the time of booking. Fees and deposit apply. Dogs may swim in the pool.

3. For security of the property there are external cameras. You may NOT tamper/touch them in any way.

4. Sorry but there are no gatherings allowed. The entire property and amenities are for the enjoyment of registered guests only.

If you want to gather with other people, contact me as fees apply.

5. Please do not tamper with any systems of the property (pool, wifi, security, watering, etc). You may move the pool vacuum to the platform by the handle but it must remain in water or you risk blowing the motor. $500 penalty applies.

6. There are some floats, children’s toys, boogie boards and chairs that you may use.

7. As noted in the pictures the pool is un-covered, outdoor and un-heated. It is professionally cleaned every week and then checked by me via security camera. This is a very windy location since it’s 1 block to the ocean. Everything is cleaned and re-set in-between guests.

8. We are proudly100% non smoking property from street to back fence.

9. Minimum age for adults is 25. Humans under the age of 25 welcome if traveling and staying with a parent. A government issued ID is required of all adults.
