You can spend your holiday in Center Parcs Tossens in a fully renovated duplex house. Tossens is typical of the North Sea. A cosy house awaits you with 65m² of living space and a private garden. The semi-detached house is quietly situated on the edge of the park.
The house is fully equipped and furnished for four people. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen unit including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave (there was no space for an oven) and the bathroom has a shower. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards with generous storage space. The house was completely renovated in 2015, including a new bathroom and new furniture. The ground floor has tiled flooring, while the first floor has laminate. A flatscreen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and a stereo system are provided in the living room. There is a second flatscreen TV with a DVB-T receiver in one of the bedrooms. All the rooms can be heated. There is no Internet connection.
Outside there is a south-facing terrace and a private garden. There are parking spaces in front of the house.
Smoking is not permitted in the house and pets are not allowed. If you are holidaying with friends and are looking for another house, then the owner offers a further semi-detached house in Center Parcs. You can benefit from the owner’s arrangement with Centre Parcs with a 50% price reduction on entry prices to the “Aqua Mundo” swimming landscape. You need a confirmation from this which is sent to you before arrival. Short stays from two days are possible outside of the holiday period. For booking of up to four days the short-stay fee applies as detailed in the supplementary charges. Regardless of whether you are staying with family, as a couple or along, are looking for peace and quiet, would like to enjoy sports activities or simply to laze, this house provides an ideal starting point for all types of holiday. The beach is about 600 metres away, the swimming pool facilities at Center Parcs, bicycle hire and all other recreational facilities are about 250 metres away. A bakery and a selection of restaurants are within walking distance.
