The 200 square metre house is situated on a 400 square metre fenced plot, which is ideal for children. Outside, guests can enjoy a large barbecue area for cosy evenings. The spacious terraces offer an ideal place to relax outdoors, while the secure car park on the property and the use of a washing machine for a fee provide additional comfort.

The historic town of Krk, the picturesque town of Vrbnik, the island of Košljun with its Franciscan monastery and the Plitvice Lakes National Park are just some of the excursion options.
