Spent time on Greers Ferry Lake at an affordable price. Located just up the road from Old Hwy 25 Statepark with Boatlaunch and Beach Area this newer home has plenty of space for you and your toys. Large 1.5 acre lot surrounded by trees allows for plenty of room to play and privacy. It is sure provide you and your family with unforgettable memories of a fun time at the shores of Greers Ferry Lake. Dam Site Marina is only minutes away straight across the lake.
Cabin features a mastersuite with a california king bed , walk in closet and a attached masterbath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a bunkbed (twin over full). There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the common area .
In addition there is a loft above the common area that has a comfortable double bed.
Loft is accessible thru a stairlike wide step ladder form the living room. Recommended for agile adults and responsible teenagers only! (limited headspace up to 6 feet )
