Fully renovated in 2019, the villa is located in the village of Annunziata, just two kilometers from Massa Lubrense, and boasts stunning views of the Sorrentine and Amalfi coasts, along with a direct view overlooking Capri. Nowhere else along the beautiful Sorrentine coast can one find such a stunning combination of panoramic views and timeless architectural elegance.

The villa has 6 bedrooms , sleeps up to 13 guests, has two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, solarium, and a private outdoor pool, along with a spacious and beautiful garden wherein lie many areas for sitting and dining.

On top of the villa terrace, a large solarium (280 m2+) provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals to be enjoyed, taking full advantage of the panoramic views around the villa. The villa is fully staffed, and the rental price includes everything except lunch and dinner, which is available by request.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION

The villa is set on two levels, a ground floor and first floor, which are connected by a magnificent staircase built out of local sandstone slabs, and decorated with 18th century mosaics. The Luxury Villa Massa Lubrense sleeps 13 people, and consists of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
