Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz.
