The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. You can spend cosy hours in front of the pellets fireplace stove, which is also the central heating. The upper floor has three bedrooms with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine.

In the midst of the Ossiacher Lake and Gerlitzen region you can find many leisure activities in summer and in winter. There is a restaurant about a kilometre away and you can go shopping about five kilometres away.
