Unwind in this poolside property nestled right in the Village with a private deck off the living area with pool views. With vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit and a gas fireplace, this unit is in Allegheny Springs, one of the most iconic properties on the resort. Nestled in the charming Snowshoe Village, the hub for all things on the mountain, you’ll have plenty of restaurants and shopping options very close by.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits you with features including a microwave, air fryer, range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

The private outdoor deck is perfect for stargazing or sipping from a glass of wine with a view of the pool/ hot tubs.

THE RESORT:

At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.

- Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.

- Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.

PETS: While we absolutely love all animals and wish you could bring them with you, unfortunately, the building is not pet-friendly, so we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets.

PARKING: Valet parking is available for $20/per night. Complimentary parking is located across the street from Allegheny Springs. (Will need room key to access parking lot)

NO SMOKING: Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited within the penthouse and on the balcony to ensure a clean and fresh environment for everyone. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Please respect our community’s noise ordinance hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Snowshoe Mountain is a family-friendly resort, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

HOUSEKEEPING: While daily housekeeping is not provided, the condo will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, we can arrange additional cleaning services upon request for an extra fee, Please let us know in advance so we can assure you have everything you need. Linens including pool towels will be provided for 4 guests.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIMES: Standard check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. We are happy to accommodate early check-in or check-out when possible, but it requires a fee and confirmation in advance.

Entire condo. There is a locked owners closet, otherwise everything is available to be used.
