This New Beautifully Remodeled and Newly Furnished, OLD TOWN PAYDAY CONDO is located across from SILVER STAR SKI LIFT AND CAFE making this location practically a SKI IN SKI OUT located on the back side of cross-country trails private and quiet. It features two king beds, sleeping space for up to 10 guests, lightning-fast 2000 Mbps WiFi AND NEW Private JACUZZI

The space
Welcome to our spacious 2,000 sq. ft. PAYDAY Townhome, fully remodeled and designed with high-end finishes and contemporary luxury throughout. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features all new furnishings, two king-size master beds, three desk/workstations, and five smart TVs. Enjoy a private deck with a new spa, along with air conditioning and blazing-fast 1000 Mbps WiFi. All Samsung kitchen appliances are new, and everything from kitchenware to linens has been fully updated. We replace all towels, sheets, and bedding every year everything is fresh, clean, and brand new for your stay.

THE SPACE
The main level features an open living and dining area filled with natural light and ski run views from large windows. A spacious layout includes a full kitchen, living room, dining area, mudroom, and a master suite with a king bed, oversized closet, private desk, and ensuite bath. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find a loft-style family room with a sectional and smart TV, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, plus a desk and full bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located here. The third level offers a cozy loft bedroom with an additional bunk bed.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and newly outfitted with all new pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, glassware, plates, and bowls—everything purchased this year and never used before your stay. New Samsung appliances and thoughtful layout make cooking comfortable and enjoyable.

COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
We go beyond basics. Our home includes three designated workstations, 1000 Mbps high-speed WiFi, five smart TVs, and year-round comfort with air conditioning. Essential supplies like shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, and hand soap are all provided. Fresh linens, pillows, and towels are replaced every year to ensure a hotel-quality experience.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

LOCATION
This townhome is ideally located just across the street from the Silver Star ski lift and the SUNDANCE offices—about a 90-second walk to the elevator that brings you directly to the lift. It’s practically ski-in/ski-out. In the summer, enjoy access to hiking and running trails just across the street, with the back of the complex opening to the Park City Golf Course and cross-country ski trails in winter. This home sits in a peaceful, quiet setting with partial mountain views.

A free, clean public transport route to the Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley and the Canyons Ski areas, runs right in front of the condo for ultimate convenience.

Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of a pet stay will result in loss of deposit at a minimum. This is a hypoallergenic home.

CLEANING and BEDDING INFORMATION
All duvet covers, sheets, blankets, towels, used or not will be washed after every stay. Most homeowners DO NOT wash blankets and duvets so if this is a concern for you make sure you ask them.
