Aamunkoi - Pyhäjärvi

185 km north of Jyväskylä, 160 km to the south of Oulu, lake Pyhäjärvi (Junttiselkä) 150 m (lake length 27 km, width 9 km, Junttiselkä width 1.4 km), quite soft and shallow sandy bottom, some rocks, large dock with patio. Own rowing boat.

1800's originally built log house, renovated completely in 2012. Big kitchen-living room, bedroom with 3 single beds (one of a width 120 cm), alcove with double bed (width 140 cm, entrance to alcove through bedroom), shower room/wc, infrared-steam sauna-shower cubicle. There isn't any traditional sauna in the house.

Separate wooden heated sauna (traditional, small), next to the summer kitchen / barbeque area (red small building). Hot water form the summer kitchen (boiler 60 l) in summer time. This sauna can be heated also in winter time, but water has to be heated in water tank (or You can have a shower in the main building).

In the term 1.6. - 31.8. also separate sauna building is included in the price (48m²) 100 m, built in 2014. In the building: sauna (electric stove), bathroom (shower and toilet), living room and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The living room has a fireplace with baking oven, electric light and heating and cooking possibility (hot plates, fridgerator, microwave oven and coffee maker). TV also in this building. From the sauna to the beach 50 m.

Security deposit euro 150 will be charged upon arrival. Payment in cash. In main building big living room-kitchen with old log walls. House has modern equipment. Nice lake view from sauna building. Shore is child-friendly.

One moveable hot tub for rent (among the owner's six cottages). Please contact the owner for availability immediately upon booking. Price: 90 e/time (pre-heated), 150 e/2 days, additional days 50 e/day (client heats it).

The owner has also cottages 10197 and 10199, so he can accommodate a total of 22 customers. By separate agreement and for additional charge it is possible to use the place for bigger occasions (please ask before booking).

The place is located in a old yard, where a number of preserved old buildings (not open to visitors). Situated in a village setting, the nearest neighboring house 10 m away.

Small game hunting license for owner's lands is included in the price, hunting areas are located in 3 - 40 km distance from the cottage. Maps of the areas are available in the cottage. State owned land's hunting areas Korpihovi and Riikinhovi are located about 25 km distance.
Fishing permits can be purchased at the R-kiosk. The cottage has a few fishing nets for clients to use.
