The estate is perched on 5 private acres in the beautiful Kentucky countryside. While our ridgetop position offers incredible views and total privacy, please keep in mind:

• Wildlife: You may encounter local wildlife (deer, turkeys, and seasonal insects).
• Connectivity: We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, though cell service can occasionally vary by carrier due to the rolling terrain.

Arrival & Parking
The property features a long, private driveway with ample paved parking for up to 6 vehicles.
• The Driveway: The initial portion of the drive is slightly steep. It is fully accessible for standard vehicles, but we recommend taking it with a little extra care - especially if you are arriving after dark for the first time.


Sauna & Hot Tub:
• To maintain crystal-clear water quality for your group, we kindly ask that guests shower before using the amenities.
