Enjoy a lovely stay in nature, Golden Creek Ranch is composed of 63 acres of land, including pastures, woods, and water. Good for friends, family, couples, and more! Our travel trailer is very clean and has one master bedroom, kitchen, as well as sofa/bed, and another foldable bed to fit a total of 4 guests. If you choose, we have a "zen" style outdoor shower. Go for a stroll on the property to see about 10 cows roam, turkeys, deer, chickens, and ducks!
Very comfortable and clean travel trailer with a retractable awning, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a lovely view. The trailer sits on 60 acres of land, you can roam the property day or night.

Getting around

With 60 acres of land, parking is found almost everywhere! Most guests park directly next to the travel trailer they will be staying in. Feel free to walk the property and observe the animals, you may want to bring some boots!

These directions are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the map results, and you should plan your route accordingly. You must obey all signs or notices regarding your route.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Pull down the drive way about 2/3 of the way and make a right onto the grass, then a left and park directly next to the trailer.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

1. The travel trailer has an awning that must be recoiled if it begins to rain, if it's windy, or if you leave the premises.

2. There are hammocks under the trailer you are free to use them if you choose but they must be put back in a dry place if it begins to rain and upon your leave.

3. Please make sure to close any gates that you go through on the property as we have various cows on the premises that will wander off.

4. If you purchase any TV shows or movies on the provided TV we will require reimbursement.

5. We do not recommend walking around the property barefoot. There are many insects like fire ants.

6. No discharging of firearms

7. Fireworks are welcomed but require advance notice.

8. ATVs, Dirt bikes, go-karts, or other powerful motor vehicles require advance notice before use. The host has the right to decline your request to use these vehicles but typically allows it.

9. Please keep your dog leashed at all times.

10. The water in the trailer is not safe for drinking. Please purchase water ahead of time.

Notes

The small lake on the property is not for swimming. We do not recommend walking barefoot while on the premises. The water in the trailer should not be used for cooking or to make coffee/tea. As you may imagine, there are no days off at a ranch. We are fully operational and are typically doing some sort of outside work every day of the week. We generally stop work around 5pm. We will always try to stay out of your way and even with us working, your stay will be very peaceful.
