NOTE: Our home sleeps 10, but due to county rules, we must advertise occupancy for only 8. You're welcome to bring up to 10 overnight guests—just bring extra towels.

• 8 towel sets: each includes bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, and cosmetic towel

• Laundry and dish detergent (we often have some, but it’s not guaranteed)

• Custom-Sized Life Vests: We provide entry-level, bright orange, one-size-fits-all life vests – located next to the dryer. If you require a better fit or prefer upgraded vests (especially for children), we recommend bringing your own.

📅 Booking Details:

High Season (June–August):
• 7-night minimum
• Check-in: Saturdays at 4 PM
• Check-out: Saturdays by 10 AM

Off-Season (September–May):
2-4 night minimum (check calendar to confirm)
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM

Need flexibility? We’re sometimes more flexible during the first two weeks of June and the last two weeks of August—feel free to ask!

• Ring camera at front entrance only (no cameras inside)

• Amazon Alexa available for music – unplug if you prefer, but please plug back in before leaving

• Dock lift is NOT available (owner’s boat may be present; if accessed during your stay, it will be quick and respectful)
