Cul de Sac Home in Eastlake (Suburbs) by EliteGuest™ is a flexible stay rental home, not a party pad. Guest must review & acknowledge house rules. Guests may not book the home with a check-in date more than 15 days out from the earliest available check-in date without prior written permission from host. Non-registered/counted guests & visitors must be coordinated in advance. No visitors after 8pm.

IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF MAY 2023 REGARDING GARAGE/DRIVEWAY: Garage and Driveway Use is NOT included, but may be available with advance notice for an additional charge. If you require garage and driveway use, please inquire for further details.

Unless otherwise coordinated and agreed to, garage will remain locked and not accessible to guests. Garage is used to warehouse supplies and equipment used to operate and maintain this and other area properties. We reserve the right to access the garage from the exterior of the home between the hours of 8am and 8pm. At no time during your stay will we or anyone access the garage through the home. The door between the home and garage includes a deadbolt lock and privacy latch for your comfort and privacy. EV charging outlet access requires prior coordination/approval and may be available for no additional charge when garage access is not included.
