I wanted to share some exciting local entertainment options near our cabin property.

Pinecrest Lake (5 Minutes Away)
Enjoy activities such as kayaking, paddling, fishing, or renting a party boat. The lake features biking and hiking trails, lakeview BBQ grills, picnic tables, and a variety of daily food trucks and snack bars. On Friday and Saturday nights, you can also enjoy a film at the Outdoor Movie Theater.

Dodge Ridge Mountain and Ski Resort (14 Minutes Away)
Open for summer fun, the resort offers chair lift rides, mountain-top picnics, hiking, and mountain bike trails for all skill levels. You can also enjoy disc golf and yoga sessions in a beautiful mountain setting.

Dodge Ridge Base Camp
This dedicated tween and teen zone features an inflatable bounce house with a water slide and a rock climbing wall. Visitors can enjoy a variety of free games, including cornhole, foosball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, and giant Jenga, alongside delicious food options.

Short-Term Rental Contract
- We appreciate all of our guests, and work hard to make your stay memorable, but please note, this cabin requires an electronically signed Short-Term Rental Contract. We will need you to provide an email address that can accept requests for an electronic signature. Sometimes work emails do not work. It is your responsibility to provide one that does. After an email is sent we will message you that it was sent. Signatures are required within 24 hours of when we email you the link via your email address. We will send one reminder. If we do not get a response, we will need to proceed canceling your stay. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Washer/Dryer Use
- The washer and dryer are only available for guests staying 5 or more days. Otherwise, it will be locked. If you have concerns, please feel free to discuss this with me prior to your arrival. Also, no laundry soap is provided. Please bring your own laundry detergent or pods.

Garbage
- This is a trash free cabin, Please carry home all trash. We do not want to attract bears and keeping a garbage free cabin minimizes that.
- We provide a storage can for longer stays. Please, no loose garbage is allowed in the garbage can. Please put all garbage in a garbage bag and seal it up tightly before placing it into the Bear Proof Can located next to the shed on the stairs.
- Please shut the lid tight so bears can not get into the garbage can.
-Please remember to take all garbage bags with you upon check out.

Snow Tools
- There is a small Snow Tool Shed on the left-side of the driveway. It has snow shovels, a bucket of salt and a few snow sleds. You will need a combo code to access the Snow Shed. Please ask for it when you book if snow is forecasted.
- Please follow the snow rules:
1. Salt is for the ashalt driveway ONLY. Do not use it on the decks as it will corrode the wood.
2. Please stand up snow shovels and sleds as it is too hard to find them if they get buried in the snow.
3. You are responsible for the Snow Tools if you use them. You must return back all of the snow shovels and any used sleds after your stay.

- 2-story cabin has 2 exterior staircases to enter. The one next to the driveway has easy downstairs access.

Other things to note
A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you that must be signed before check in as a requirement to stay at our cabin. 094699 for your cooperation.

Due to severe allergies of our host’s family, we cannot accept pets, including service dogs. This listing has an Airbnb exemption from all pets and bringing one will result in immediate termination/cancellation and 100% forfeit of your stay fees. We kindly appreciate your understanding.

All guests must carry back their own garbage. We have a trash free policy.

No Smoking Inside or outside of the Cabin. No smoking of anything is allowed on the entire lot and cabin. You must be completely off of the property, plus 25 feet away. We are in a fire zone so please no smoking.
The cabin is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes) is not allowed inside the cabin.
If you choose to smoke, please do so at least 25 feet away from the cabin, doors, and windows and dispose of cigarette butts properly due to wildfire risk.
Evidence of smoking inside the cabin (including smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burn marks, or tampering with smoke detectors) will result in a smoke remediation and deep cleaning fee up to $1000.

If you ask to bring extra guests and if an exception is made, including infants and children, there will be a fee of $150 PER extra guests. We want our guests to be comfortable yet, we understand you may have a need for adding extra guests. Any extra guest must be pre-approved before your stay date. No exceptions. The extra guest fee, if approved, must be paid in full before arrival. Bringing in extra guests without pre-approval may result in termination of your stay and forfeiting of your fees. Thank you for understanding.

Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have exterior security cameras in the following locations:
• Upper driveway off Mariposa Road (monitors vehicle and foot traffic)
• Lower driveway off Siskiyou Road (monitors vehicle and foot traffic)
• Ring doorbell at the front door (monitors the main entrance)

All cameras are clearly visible, operate 24/7, and record video and audio. These devices are used solely for security and safety purposes.

There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas, such as bedrooms, bathrooms.

By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to the presence of these exterior security cameras.

We provide the following for our guests:
Bathroom toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion.
Clean sheets, towels, pillows, and 2-3 days worth of toilet paper.

In the kitchen we have a few basic seasonings spices and cooking spray. A starter pack of Coffee, coffee filters, and a selection of cocoa, cider or tea.
We also provide a starter pack of kitchen paper products for use during your stay.
We also provide a Brita water purifier in the refrigerator for your use.

We provide propane for the gas BBQ and firepit on the back deck, and we make great efforts to keep the tanks filled for each stay, though at times it is out of our control if the tanks run out. If they do, there is a convenient propane tank exchange at the Chevron station across from highway 108.

Please, No eating in bedrooms. We request our guest to kindly not eat in the bedrooms. Use designated dining area. It can attract unwanted critters if food is missed in a corner under the couches. Our cleaner vacuums under all couches, but some are too heavy to move so she vacuums without being able to see all areas.

The wood burning Fire pit will only be available during winter months due to forest fire prevention and fire permit restrictions.

Firewood is not provided for the wood-burning stove and/or fire pit.

For your safety in the winter season, chains and 4 wheel Drive is strongly encouraged to get to the cabin. For easiest access, we also recommend parking your vehicle at the top driveway located off of Mariposa Drive. We also do provide snow shovels and salt located at that driveway for your use.

During certain months you may see wildlife roam the area, including bears and mountain lions. Proceed with caution if you do and do not confront them.

Also, though we spray the cabin monthly for spiders and insects, you may see the occasional spider, or ants/bugs. This is out of our control but we take every effort to keep it to a minimum.

As the cabin is located in the mountains there is ongoing pest control, including mice traps out of precaution.

- This area is subject to short, forced power outages as wildfire prevention in dry and windy conditions. While rare, they are unavoidable. The owners will always communicate as soon as they know if there is a risk for an outage. The home is equipped with extra flashlights just in case; however, there is no generator.

Late Check-out up to 3:00 pm MIGHT be available for an extra fee of $80, but it must be pre-planned. No exceptions. We schedule cleaners to arrive between 11:00 to 11 30 on your check-out day. We may have another guest arriving or a maintenance scheduled. Please inquire when you book. All fees must be paid via Airbnb prior to staying late if pre-approved. Thank you for your understanding!
