☆ Family friendly: Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate for young families. We have a pack N play, crib sheets and baby blankets available. Pool and bath toys, books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. There's a boarded up house on the street that is not inhabited, but other than that, all neighbors on the street are friendly. We communicate with them often.
