Unit 2 is your private space for the duration of your stay, the back patio is a shared space between unit 1 & 2. Both units are located downstairs, the upstairs apartment is a separate rental.

Access to the hotel amenities (arcade, bowling alley, pool hall) requires nothing for admittance. Codes for pool access will be granted prior to arrival.

There is a main entrance that is left unlocked, 3 units are within the house. The only shared space is the stairwell used to access all units. There will be a 24/7 number available in case any emergencies arise.

There is a small charcoal grill, but you will have to provide your own charcoal if intending to use it.
Only 1 parking space available. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, there are over flow parking areas at the pool and just outside the gate.
