Waterfront, 3 Bed family cottage, large lot direct - Lambton Shores

Truly beachfront: Take the stairs to the left of the property, or use the community access to the right and you're on the beach. In the evening's our property is the perfect place for the most incredible sunsets. Sit near a campfire and soak it all in.

The property is meant for smaller families. There's a large open living space with views of the bright blue water. A newer large deck offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy the water. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed, one offers a double bed and the third offers 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a dishwasher. Both decks have a table to eat at. The roadside deck has a natural gas BBQ.

High speed WIFI + Netlix included. There's also a fireplace for fringe season and winter use. The house has central air.

Outside, find a double-wide lot with a fire pit and multiple parking spaces (park on driveway only please) Please note: our beach is a drive on beach. Cars are able to go directly on the beach. It's a really exciting, family friendly feeling - but you do need to be aware of cars.
